I stayed in the Executive Suite which was very nice, spacious, and very clean. However, the pillows were very flat, and the shower was cramped and claustrophobic, making it challenging to move around comfortably. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't work efficiently, and there was a continuous loud bang from the wall behind the sofa every 20-30 minutes throughout my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, within walking distance of many restaurants and landmarks. The rooms, though needing a thorough cleaning, were comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering reasonable prices. However, the maintenance of the location seemed neglected in some areas.
